Eight Laws of Healthy Living

Notice what the first letters of each of the categories below spells out: NEWSTART! That's right, each of us needs a new start, a new lease on life! The good thing is that when we start treating our body right, it will respond and start to undo much of the damage we may have inflicted on ourselves.

NEWSTART is actually an acronym for a healthy lifestyle progarm developed by Weimar Institute, a wholistic, healthy-lifestyle wellness and education facility in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California. I highly recommend their services to anyone wanting to change their lifestyle and rid themselves of various lifestyle-related diseases. You can visit their website at www.weimar.org.

Follow these eight simple NEWSTART guidelines below, and you will begin to reap the benefits of healthy living.
